Earthquake awareness training was given to students studying in Aydın's Sultanhisar district by gendarmerie teams.
Aydın Provincial Gendarmerie Command Combating Domestic Violence and Children Section Chief, Environment Nature and Animal Protection Team Command, Dog Team, JAK Team Command and Sultanhisar District Gendarmerie Command organized an activity for the students and teachers studying at Atça Ali Sönmez Primary and Secondary School.
Gendarmerie teams provided teachers and students with earthquake awareness training and information on the definition of earthquake, precautions to be taken, earthquake kit preparation, collapse and trap and activities of Gendarmerie Search and Rescue Teams. On the other hand, in the event where the gendarmerie was introduced and its duties and responsibilities were explained, all students and teachers had an earthquake drill. At the end of the event, the gendarmerie teams gave the students a gendarmerie children's magazine and a Turkish flag as gifts.
