Work continues at full speed on the Kitap Cafe project, built on an area of 6 thousand 586 square meters on the coast of Atakum district. 3 percent of the project, which includes a 3-storey library, a 2-storey exhibition hall, a 85-storey cafe restaurant and a masjid, has been completed.
'THE END HAS REACHED'
Samsun Metropolitan Municipality Deputy Secretary General Metin Köksal, who examined the works on site, said, “Our Waterside Cafe project has a closed area of 3 thousand 720 meters. Our project consists of 3 blocks. One block was planned as an exhibition area, one block as a restaurant and one block as a book cafe. We also have a masjid construction within the scope of the project. Our project started towards the end of 2022 and is now nearing completion. The exterior is completed. Mechanical and electrical operations have been completed. Currently, painting, ceramics and finishing works are continuing. We will complete the work as soon as possible and put this project into service before this summer. This place will be operated by our municipality. "We are bringing a project to our city that everyone from 7 to 70 will enjoy in a very decent environment," he said.
