Akşehir High School Civilization Academy Opened in Konya

The High School Civilization Academy, which Konya Metropolitan Municipality brought to Akşehir, was put into service with the participation of the Minister of Family and Social Services Mahinur Özdemir Göktaş.

Speaking at the opening, Akşehir Mayor Salih Akkaya wished that this beautiful work brought to the district by the Metropolitan Municipality would be beneficial to the education community and students. Deputy Mayor of Konya Metropolitan Municipality, Mustafa Uzbaş, stated that they brought a beautiful High School Civilization Academy to Akşehir and said, “We carry out maintenance-repair, construction and mechanical works in this idle building belonging to our Regional Directorate of Foundations in Akşehir and open it to the service of young people. The building, which consists of 7 floors, has 7 classrooms, 5 workshops, a cafeteria, a meeting room, a fitness center and a council room.
