Within the scope of the project implemented to reveal the value and indispensability of employees in the electricity sector, the book and film "Faces of Energy", prepared by CK Energy Corporate Communications Directorate in cooperation with photographer Mustafa Serdar Seven and his team, was presented to CK Energy employees in the second century of the Republic. and was donated to the energy sector.

Stating that the “Faces of Energy” Project emerged with the idea of leaving a permanent work that shows the value they give to their employees working at every stage of the electricity distribution sector. CK Energy General Coordinator Utku Guruşçu said:
“We wanted to leave a small memory with our employees as CK Energy, which believes in the bright future of Turkey and the second century of our Republic, in 100, when we celebrate the 2023th anniversary of our Republic with great enthusiasm and happiness with the Faces of Energy. We delivered this project, which consists of two parts: a book and a film, to Mustafa Serdar Seven, who devoted years to the art of photography. Enjoyable interviews telling our colleagues' stories, goals and expectations from life, combined with artistic photographs, resulted in a very valuable work that will set an example for the industry. Our film, which was prepared together with the book, was almost a documentary-like work that will be a memory for the future. "For us, the Faces of Energy Project is a very special work that tells the story of those who love their country and work for a prosperous, bright future."
Photographer Mustafa Serdar Seven, who took part in the Faces of Energy Project, said, “Throughout my career, I have loved focusing on human faces and telling the stories hidden in those faces to others. This time, there are “Faces of Energy” and their stories in the frame. We listened to dozens of different stories in 7 cities. We shared both their lives and their dreams. We understood what stories of great effort and sacrifice were written by energy sector employees. Meanwhile, I had clearer ideas about what it means to grow up with corporate culture.
"I saw once again how much the intellectual knowledge of the people who created the institutions contributed to the business," he said.
SHOOTING TOOK 45 DAYS
CK Energy's Faces of Energy Project emerged as a result of a long-term study. After deciding on the project, a draft study was created with Mustafa Serdar Seven. Then, 45 days of photo and video shootings and face-to-face interviews were held with employees in the European Side of Istanbul, Antalya, Isparta, Burdur, Sivas, Tokat and Yozgat, where CK Enerji companies serve. As a result of these studies, a book and a 35-hour film containing interviews with 1 people were produced. These valuable studies were shared with the public, private sector and media, especially company employees, in the new year.
