Dr. Alper Afşın Cerit, Kayseri Honorary Consul of the Republic of Indonesia Tahir Nursaçan and Kemas Raditya Rahman's family and friends attended.

Stating that the student has just joined the Erciyes University family, Prof. Dr. Fatih Altun said, “I was very sad after hearing the news. A person would only be this sad if it were his own child. All of our students are entrusted to us. We act with this thought. I wish we could have come together at the graduation ceremony, but it was not possible. Nothing can be done. I wish patience to his family and friends. We always try to be there for you in whatever way we can. May our student rest in peace. "We hope that he will achieve martyrdom during his student years," he said.

Speaking on behalf of the Indonesian Students Union in Kayseri, Ahmad Rafly Baihaqi wished God's mercy to Kemas Raditya Rahman and thanked Erciyes University and ERSEM officials for not leaving them alone and providing support in every matter.

After the recitation of the Holy Quran, Rector Prof. Dr. Fatih Altun and the Vice Rectors carried the student's coffin on their shoulders until the hearse.

This year, Kemas Raditya Rahman, who was accepted to the Department of English Language Teaching at Erciyes University Faculty of Education and received Turkish preparatory training at TÖMER for 5 months, was buried in Reşadiye Cemetery after the funeral prayer performed at Talas Dedeoğlu Mosque following the noon prayer after the ceremony at ERSEM.
