In Basque Country, President Dr. Ömer Burç Renewed His Confidence

After the moment of silence and the reading of the National Anthem, Cemhan Yavuzerler was elected as the President of the Council to manage the Ordinary General Assembly, and Caner Nuri Sönmez and Murat Vatansever were elected as Clerk Members. At the general assembly, the 2023 activity report and the 2023 accounting and audit reports, as well as other agenda items, were read, discussed and voted on. At the general assembly, where all articles were unanimously accepted, the election of the members of the Board of Directors and Audit Board began.

In the election held with a single list, the current president was Dr. Ömer Burç was re-elected as the president of BASK after receiving a vote of confidence.

Making a thank you speech after the election, BASK President Dr. Ömer Burç said, “With your support and favor, we were elected to fulfill the presidency of BASK for another term. I would like to thank each and every one of you for your vote of confidence in me and my management. We have successfully implemented important events in the past period. Each of our members makes great financial and moral contributions to this. As you know, this year is the 30th anniversary of our club. We are planning an anniversary event worthy of our club. The opinion of each of you is important to us. I have full faith that we will organize an event worthy of our name and history. During this period, we will again implement successful works, races, events and social responsibility projects. "We will make BASK's name known much more nationally," he said.
