The AK Party's Election Declaration for the local elections is being introduced to the public with the introductory meeting to be held at the AK Party Congress Center with the participation of the President and AK Party Chairman Recep Tayyip Erdoğan.
IT CONSISTS OF 8 MAIN TITLES
Expressing that they are ready and determined for real municipalism for the Cities of the Turkish Century, President Erdoğan said that every election is important and that March 31, the first election of the Turkish Century, is also very important.
EMPHASIS ON REAL MUNICIPALITY
Stating that the declaration consists of 8 parts, Erdoğan said, “1- AK Party's local government vision, 2- Participation, transparency and accountability, 3- Resilient cities, 4- City and environment in the Turkish Century, 5- Urban economies with priority on social welfare, 6- Responsive and inclusive social municipality consists of 7-Cities producing culture and 8-Service and work municipality. AK Party is competing with itself in municipality, as in every field. Our nation saw that those who took over the municipalities from us lost 5 years to our cities. That's why we placed the word 'Real Municipalism' at the center of our election campaign," he said.
President Erdoğan said, "There is no excuse for not being able to produce work and provide services," and added that every municipality makes fair use of public resources. Erdoğan stated that 81 provinces continue to receive the share they need from investments.
