Our country's largest underwater event is being organized for the 100th anniversary of the Republic of Turkey. On 21 and 22 October 2023, more than 134 divers will go underwater at 1000 different points and prove their loyalty to the Republic and the founder of the Republic, Great Atatürk.
Republican enthusiasm; It will be experienced everywhere, from Lake Nemrut in Bitlis to the clear waters of Kaş. Free diving record holder Yasemin Dalkılıç, who lives in the USA, will also join the excitement shared by divers from Azerbaijan, Macedonia and TRNC.

The Respect for the Deep Diving Community, founded by divers who strive to protect the seas while reminding us of forgotten national values under the water, is preparing to undertake the biggest dive in Turkey. It will take place in 100 different places, exceeding the diving target planned to be held in 100 different locations on the 134th anniversary of the Republic of Turkey, which was founded by the Great Leader Atatürk after our National War of Independence. Gökhan Karakaş, Vice President of the Deep Respect Diving Community, said, “We will dive deep to protect the fundamental achievements of our glorious Republic, which was established with great difficulties, and to maintain our national unity. "The center of this diving, which has never been realized in Turkey before, will be in front of the Dolmabahçe Palace, where our Ancestor closed his eyes," he said.
Yasemin Dalkılıç, the first woman to dive to 120 meters, also participates.
Diving Instructor Kadir Ekinci said that they will dive in Nemrut Crater Lake, located at an altitude of 2 meters in Bitlis-Tatvan, and said, "Divers who love the Republic will experience the excitement of the Blue Homeland concept in every blue of our heavenly homeland." Diving Instructor Savaş Yapn, who said that they will dive in Fethiye, said: "The enthusiasm for the Republic will be celebrated in the most beautiful sea and deep." said. Turkey's first female free diving record holder, Yasemin Dalkılıç, will participate in the dive from Florida, USA. Underwater documentary producer Savaş Karakaş will support Cumhuriyet Dive from the depths of Fethiye. The event will also include the anthems and songs prepared by the young and productive voice of rap music Erhan Tozkoparan (Yankee) and the Turkish pop and Latin music singer Ege, specially prepared for the 650th anniversary, to be broadcast for the first time.
Republic Diving will take place with the same enthusiasm at 134 different points from Artvin to Hatay.
