The children of Izmir are different. You have had great dreams about this city you live in, You have made very good decisions. Our colleagues' efforts are to make you smile while living in this city. We will do something new. We will transfer a resource from the budget of Izmir Metropolitan Municipality to our Children's Municipality. The Children's Municipality will have a budget. You will have money to spend with your own decisions. You will use this money to improve the Izmir Children's Municipality. The decisions taken in the 4 commissions will affect Izmir. "We will ensure that it is transferred to the Metropolitan Municipality council," he said.

Saying that children will build the Turkey of the future, Soyer concluded his speech as follows; “You are the light of our luck. You are the ones who will enlighten our future country.
