We will do something new. We will transfer a resource from the budget of Izmir Metropolitan Municipality to our Children's Municipality. The Children's Municipality will have a budget. You will have money to spend with your own decisions. You will use this money to improve the Izmir Children's Municipality. The decisions taken in the 4 commissions will affect Izmir. "We will ensure that it is transferred to the Metropolitan Municipality council," he said.
