Provincial finals of the 4th Konya Mind and Intelligence Games Competition, which was organized with the cooperation of Konya Metropolitan Municipality and Provincial Directorate of National Education, to increase students' interest in mind and intelligence games and to train students who will represent Konya in national tournaments. With the cooperation of Konya Metropolitan Municipality and Provincial Directorate of National Education, the fourth Mind and Intelligence Games, attended by primary and secondary school students in 31 districts, was held.
Within the scope of the competition, where school tournaments and then district tournaments were held in 31 districts, 310 students, who came first in their district, struggled to become champions in the provincial finals held in 10 different categories at the Selcuklu Congress Center.
Mangala, Pentago, Q-Bitzz, Equilibrio, Küre; The students who ranked in 5 different games for secondary schools, namely Mangala, Pentago, Reversi, Kulami, and Küre won various awards.
In the competition, where students and families experienced great excitement outside the hall, the students who came first in each category won the telescope, while the second place won the robot training set, the third place won the coding-based educational robot, and the fourth place won the mind and intelligence game set.
Mayor of Konya Metropolitan Municipality Uğur İbrahim Altay stated that the youth, who are the guarantee of the future, always make themselves proud, and congratulated all the students who participated and ranked in the competition covering 31 districts. The students, who won the first place in the competition organized to increase the interest of students in mind and intelligence games and to train students who will represent Konya in national tournaments, will win Konya in the Turkish Championship to be held in June in cooperation with the Ministry of National Education and All Mind and Intelligence Games Federation (TAZOF). will represent.
