The Rüsumat No: 4 Ship and Open Air Museum, which went down in world maritime history after being sunk to dodge the Greek ships in the War of Independence and floated again with the solidarity of the people, was reconstructed by Ordu Metropolitan Municipality in one-to-one dimensions and opened to service, and over 4 visitors a week after it was put into service. hosted.

The ship Rüsumat No: 4, which set out to take the ammunition loaded from Batumi from Batumi to İnebolu during the War of Independence and took refuge in Ordu while escaping from the Greek ships, was emptied of ammunition by the local people and sunk into the sea, and was brought back to the surface as the enemy moved away, Ordu Metropolitan Mayor Dr. . With Mehmet Hilmi Güler's attempts, he was brought to the Army. The Rüsumat No:4 ship, which was built by the Metropolitan Municipality on the coast of Altınordu district in order to keep its historical epic alive and to pass it on to future generations, was opened to visitors with a ceremony held after its construction.

With the work built in the area where Gazi Mustafa Kemal Atatürk set foot in Ordu, the area was turned into an open-air museum. Inside the ship, the exhibition hall designed with a new museum understanding, replicas of the maritime field of the period, the silicone sculpture of the Rusumat Captain Captain Mahmut Gökbora, and the animated ammunition carried to the façade took place.
