He was born on November 21, 1958 in Kömüşini Village of Bala District of Ankara. İbrahim Çiftçi completed his primary education in Kömüşini Village Primary School and completed his secondary education at Dikmen Öveçler Secondary School and high school at Ankara Atatürk High School, one of the prestigious schools of the Capital. Atatürk High School was the peak of my political struggle . He worked at different levels of Ülkü Ocakları in active struggle. He completed his university life in Gazi University, Vocational Education Faculty Accounting - Business Department, which started in Commerce - Tourism, today's Gazi University. He was tried for the Bahçelievler Massacre in 1978, in which left-wing students were killed, and the murder of Prosecutor Doğan Öz. At the end of 1987, he was acquitted by abolishing the death penalty decisions given by the decision of the Military Court of Cassation Chambers Board.

Between 1989 and 1991, he completed his master's degree in Business Administration at Gazi University, Institute of Social Sciences. During this time period, he dealt with the period of prisons and courts. Ciftci, who was arrested in 1975, was sentenced to the first death sentence given to him for Turkish nationalism on 3 August 1979. After this date, he faced the death penalty for the 6th time at various times in Ankara martial law courts. At the end of 1987, he was acquitted by abolishing the death penalty decisions given by the decision of the Military Court of Cassation Chambers Board. He took his place in the MHP by taking the side of the late Başbuğ Alparslan Türkeş Bey during the MHP – MÇP merger process, with the thought that the unity of the Nationalist Movement could be realized around Başbuğ and under the conditions of that day. He served as a member of MKYK until April 1997, when Alparslan Türkeş walked towards the truth. In 1997, after the death of Alparslan Türkeş, he became a presidential candidate in the general presidential elections. On November 4, 2012, he became a member of the MHP VQA at the Ordinary General Assembly.
