Arslan underlined that this change also contributed to the long-term development of Covid.

Arslan stated that although the probability of “Long-Term COVID” increases with age, long-term Covid is twice as common among women, “Concomitant diabetes, kidney, heart and liver diseases, asthma, obesity, bad living conditions increase the risk. . However, regardless of the severity of the COVID infection, every individual carries a risk.

Arslan concluded his words as follows:

“Covid-19 vaccine reduces the risk of “long-term Covid” as it reduces the risk of infection and strengthens immunity. Since there is no specific drug that has been proven effective in the treatment of long-term Covid-19, approaches to alleviate symptoms are generally recommended by physicians. In alleviating the symptoms, a balanced diet, physical activity, providing sleep patterns, getting the Covid-XNUMX vaccine, vitamin D supplementation, naturally taken probiotics and coenzyme can prevent this inflammation that poses public health problems by strengthening immunity.
