Keçiören Municipality, Kazakhstan Embassy and International Organization of Turkish Culture (TÜRKSOY) organized a concert themed “Sister Greeting from Steppe to Anatolia” at Necip Fazıl Kısakürek Theater Hall in the district. Keçiören Mayor Turgut Altınok, Kazakhstan Republic Ankara Embassy Consul Temirlan Sailauuly, Türksoy Deputy Secretary General Bilal Çakıcı, Azerbaijan Republic Ankara Embassy Culture Chief Islam Guliyev, representatives of political parties and non-governmental organizations attended the concert.

Keçiören Mayor Turgut Altınok addressed the participants in his speech, “We are the sons of a deep-rooted history. Atatürk says, 'O Turkish youth! As you get to know your ancestor, you will find strength, power and strength to accomplish great things.' The name of our program is From the Steppe to Anatolia, but from the Altai to Anatolia, from the God Mountains to Anatolia. Greetings, from Anatolia to the Tanrı Mountains, to the entire Turkish geography!” said.

In his speech, Altınok said that the cooperation between the Turkish states has become stronger.

“Gazi Mustafa Kemal Atatürk says of our Turkish Republics that declared their independence, 'One day our neighbor, the Union of Soviet Socialist Republics, will dissolve. We have brothers with one religion, one language, one lineage and one root. The state of the Republic of Türkiye should be prepared for this. 'Freedom to Captive Turks' was one of our important slogans in our youth. When our Turkish republics declared their independence, Türkiye was the first country to recognize it. Nations that do not claim their past will not have a future. We have the Council of Turkic States. Good relations between the Turkish states continue to develop. We live in a world where the strong oppress the weak. Syria and Libya are burning now. They turned brother against brother. They care about money, oil. Therefore, as İsmail Gaspıralı said, we must ensure 'unity in language, work and opinion' in unity and solidarity. The joy is our joy, our sorrow is our grief. The strong Turkish world in unity means a world of species that is walking towards the future with more confident steps. We are enough for us.”

In addition to the concert, dancers from Kazakhstan took the stage and exhibited beautiful choreographies at the event. After the plaque and flower presentation, the program ended.
