Appendix 657 of the "Principles Regarding the Employment of Contracted Personnel" attached to the Council of Ministers Decision dated 4 and numbered 06.06.1978/7, in order to employ various units of Pamukkale University Rectorate in accordance with paragraph B of Article 15754 of the Civil Servants Law No. 2 and to meet their expenses from the special budget. According to paragraph (b) of Article 2022, 405 contracted personnel will be recruited for the titles stated below, based on the KPSS (B) group score rankings for the year XNUMX (excluding the title of pharmacist) without a written or oral exam.

GENERAL CONDITIONS

1- To be a citizen of the Republic of Turkey.

2- To carry the general conditions specified in article 657 of the Civil Servants Law No. 48.

3- Without prejudice to the provisions of Article 657 of the Law No. 53, not to have a physical or mental illness that may prevent him from performing his duty continuously.

4- Those who were dismissed from public service by various decree laws and those who were refused reinstatement cannot apply.

5- Not to be involved in military service or not to be of military age, to have done or postponed active military service if it has come to military age, or to be transferred to the reserve class, to have done military service or to be exempted.

6- To have a 2022 KPSS (B) group (KPSS(P3), KPSS (P93), KPSS(P94)) exam result document.

7- Not getting pension or old age pension from any Social Security Institution.

8- I don't have a situation that prevents me from working on duty.

9- Persons employed on a contract basis pursuant to Article 657/B of the Civil Servants Law No. 4, if their contract is terminated by their institutions due to breach of the service contract or if they terminate the contract unilaterally within the contract period, except for the exceptions determined by the decision of the Council of Ministers, 1 (one ) cannot be employed in the contracted personnel positions of the institutions unless the year has passed.

10- Pursuant to the Additional Article 6 of the Principles Regarding the Employment of Contracted Personnel, the service contract is terminated unilaterally by the institution in the event that “it is later understood that he does not have any of the qualifications required for employment, and he subsequently loses any of the qualifications required for employment…”.

11- According to the “Security Investigation and Archive Research Law” published in the Official Gazette dated 17.04.2021 and numbered 31457, an archival research will be conducted on the candidates who are entitled to a contract, and the candidate who will sign the contract will be contacted based on the results of the archive research.

APPLICATION FORM, PLACE AND TIME

Applications will be made in person to the Rectorate Personnel Department in the Kınıklı campus of our University, and applications made by mail will not be accepted. Candidates who cannot apply in person will be able to apply with a power of attorney to be given through a notary public. (Except for those who apply for the title of protection and security). Again, when applying, the candidate's preferred place of work and the title he will choose will be under his own responsibility. Candidates can only apply to one of the announced positions and cannot apply to more than one position.
