In the statement made to the Public Disclosure Platform (KAP), the following was conveyed:
”Within the framework of the agreement reached with the Ministry of Environment, Urbanization and Climate Change within the scope of the Presidential Decree dated 23.02.2023 and numbered 126 by the Board of Directors, temporary shelters and businesses, permanent housing, social facilities, general infrastructure, needed due to the earthquake in Kahramanmaraş, road, landscaping etc. It was decided that the procurement of services for all kinds of works and transactions and the tenders to be made within the scope of these works would be made by our company, with all expenses covered by the ministry. In this context, the contract for the construction of Adıyaman Kahta earthquake houses, infrastructure and landscaping work, which was tendered by our company on behalf of the ministry, was signed by Baş Yapı İnş. commitment and Tour. Singing. Foreign Trade Ltd. Sti. and signed on 07.04.2023. The contract price is 2.261.000.000 TL + VAT. Adiyaman Besni Eskiköy earthquake housing 1st stage 1st part construction and infrastructure and landscaping contract contractor Torkam İnş. ve Yatırım A.Ş. on 07.04.2023. The contract price is 3.520.000.000 TL + VAT.”
