The draw for 250 thousand social housing was completed in a short period of 81 months in 3,5 provinces. The draw for 50 thousand social housing for Istanbul will be drawn in the presence of a notary public in Tuzla, Çatalca, Selimpaşa, Arnavutköy, Başakşehir and Esenler districts between 16 March and 19 April. The draws for the "My First Home" project, which was announced by President Recep Tayyip Erdoğan on September 13 and started with the provinces of Ardahan and Şırnak on November 7, 2022, have come to an end. The drawings, which were suspended on February 6 due to the earthquakes in Kahramanmaraş, started in Ankara on March 6 and continued with the remaining provinces.
The drawing of lots for 50 thousand social housing to be built in Istanbul will start in Tuzla. The drawing of lots will be held in Tuzla Municipality between March 16-29 for 20 thousand 920 beneficiaries.
The drawing of lots to be held in the presence of a notary public on March 540 for 200 beneficiaries for Çatalca and 30 for Selimpaşa will be held at Silivri Alibey Sports Hall.
The draws for the social housing to be built for 28 beneficiaries in Arnavutköy, Başakşehir and Esenler districts will be drawn in the presence of a notary public at the Bağcılar Olympic Sports Center Hall between 340 and 1 April.
The draw for the "My First Home" project will come to an end with the draws in Istanbul.
