From the Ministry of Energy and Natural Resources, General Directorate of Mining and Petroleum Affairs; 657 contracted Support Personnel positions to be employed in accordance with Article 4/B of the Civil Servants Law No. 4, within the framework of the Principles Regarding the Employment of Contracted Personnel, which was put into effect with the Council of Ministers Decision dated 06/06/1978 and numbered 7/15754, in writing and/or Without an oral exam, placement will be made based on the 2022 Public Personnel Selection Exam (KPSS) (B) group score ranking, as shown below.

APPLICATION CONDITIONS
a) To fulfill the conditions specified in Article 657 of the Civil Servants Law No. 48,
b) To have the qualifications required for the position to be preferred,
c) To have taken the KPSS (B) group exam in 2022,
ç) Not to have completed the age of thirty-five as of the first day of January of the year in which the last application was made, (Those born on 01.01.1988 and later can apply.)
d) Not to have been dismissed from duty or profession while working in any public institution,
e) Not working as a 4/B contracted personnel in any public institution and organization,
f) While working in public institutions and organizations on a contractual basis pursuant to Article 657/B of the Civil Servants Law No. 4, the contract has not been terminated by the institutions due to acting contrary to the principles of the service contract within the last year, or the contract has not been terminated unilaterally within the contract period,
g) Not having any military service for male candidates who have reached the age of military service,
h) Not to have a disease that may prevent him from performing his duty continuously.
APPLICATION METHOD, DURATION AND REQUIRED DOCUMENTS
a) Candidates can submit their applications between 27/03/2023-05/04/2023 until 23:59:59 on the e-Government "General Directorate of Mining and Petroleum Affairs - Career Gate Public Recruitment" or "Career Gate". (isealimkariyerkapisi.cbiko.gov.tr) will be held via the internet address.
b) The applications of the candidates whose qualifications are not made within the due time and the applications made by fax, in person or by mail will not be processed.
c) Candidates' KPSS score, education, military service, criminal record and population information will be obtained during the application via the web services of the relevant institutions via e-Government and applications will be received, so documents will not be requested from the candidates at this stage. If there is an error in the mentioned information of the candidates, they must make the necessary updates/corrections from the relevant institutions before applying. (Candidates whose high school graduation information cannot be obtained will upload their diplomas to the system themselves.)
ç) Candidates whose contracts are terminated by their institutions or whose contracts are terminated unilaterally by their institutions while they are working full-time in contracted personnel (4/B) positions in public institutions and organizations, in order to document that they have completed the one-year waiting period, must provide an approved service document obtained from their former institutions, in pdf, and They must be uploaded at the time of application in jpeg format.
