Due to the stress occurring in women after the earthquake and earthquake, problems such as menstrual irregularities, hormonal changes, urinary incontinence and discharge complaints due to infection, groin pain in pregnant women, bleeding, premature birth may occur. Especially in pregnancy, stress factor affects pregnancy negatively. For this reason, you should do things to reduce your stress with activities such as yoga and light walks for your baby's health.
