48% discount was given to students using public transportation in Altınordu district of Ordu. Ordu Metropolitan Municipality Mayor Dr. Mehmet Hilmi Güler announced that students who use public transportation and have Ordumkart reduced the public transportation fee, which was 4.80 before, to 2 liras and 50 cents.
In his statement, President Güler stated that they have increased the per-boarding support paid for relatives of martyrs, veterans, students, over 65s, PTT, gendarmerie, police, inspectors, press, severely disabled, disabled and members of the police who use Electronic Travel Card (Ordumkart).
In this context, the municipality will cover 4.80 of the 2.30 public transportation fee for Ordumkart holders. According to this, students will be able to travel for 2 liras and 50 cents from now on.
