The Ministry of National Education has prepared a 44-hour training set that focuses on family values ​​and put it at the service of families. The "Family School" project, which was launched in 81 provinces at the end of August by the Ministry of National Education, attracts great attention from families. In this context, 525 thousand 898 parents benefited from family school education in a short period of two months.

In the training package that focuses on cultural values; There are multi-dimensional course packages such as family communication, moral development, development of social and emotional skills, healthy nutrition, fight against addictions, conflict and stress management, conscious and safe use of technology, first aid, traffic information and environmental awareness.

Target 1 million families

Making an assessment on the subject, Minister of National Education Mahmut Özer said: “We wanted an education package that would support the family, which is the core of the society, in a multidimensional way. That's why we implemented the family school project. In particular, we are constantly updating the content of this school project in a way that will strengthen our family structure against the global attacks on the family.

The training package, which focuses on our values, includes multidimensional lesson packages such as family communication, moral development, social emotional skills development, healthy nutrition, fight against addictions, conflict and stress management, conscious and safe use of technology, first aid, traffic information and environmental awareness. On August 18, 2022, under the auspices of Ms. Emine Erdoğan, we launched our courses simultaneously in 81 provinces and named the project 'Family School'. In a short period of two months, 525 thousand 898 parents benefited from the family school project. Our families can also benefit from our project through the village life center. Our aim is to provide this service to 2022 million families by the end of 1 and to 2023 million families in 2,5.”
