Kocaeli Metropolitan Municipality continues to facilitate the daily life of citizens by realizing many large projects in transportation. In this context, the teams are working intensively on the new tram line project that will connect the Akçaray Tram Line to Kuruçeşme via the D-100 Highway. Within the scope of the project, the superstructure, border and parquet productions of the side roads were started.
FIRST STAGE CONCRETE SPILLED
Work continues on the Kuruçeşme Tram Line, which will connect Akçaray to Kuruçeşme by passing from the Plajyolu Station to the opposite side of the D-100. The steel beams between the reinforced concrete beams of the 332-foot and 9-span overpass for the line to be connected to Kuruçeşme with a 8-meter-long bridge are continuing in the project, where the superstructure, border and parquet production of the side roads has been started. While the superstructure work is continuing in the junction area of Kuruçeşme region, the first stage concrete has started to be poured before the superstructure on the tram line route. In order to provide the connection to the side roads in the project, the production of the inner side road superstructure was started.
