Ministry of Industry and Technology, within the framework of the provisions of Article 657/B of the Civil Servants Law No. 4 and the Principles Regarding the Employment of Contracted Personnel, to the vacant 203 (two hundred and three) contracted personnel positions in the central and provincial organization units of our Ministry, without a written and/or oral examination. Placement will be made by our Ministry based on the KPSS (B) group score ranking.

Number of positions, qualifications and KPSS score types for the contracted office personnel to be recruited to the central organization of the Ministry. KPSS score types to be made are given in Table 2, and the contract staff position titles, number and KPSS score types to be recruited for the contracted personnel to be recruited to the provincial organization of the Ministry are given in Table 3. GENERAL APPLICATION REQUIREMENTS

2.1.1. As stated in subparagraph (A) of Article 14 of the Civil Servants Law dated 7/1965/657 and numbered 48; a) Being a citizen of the Republic of Turkey,

c) Even if the periods specified in Article 53 of the Turkish Penal Code have passed; crimes against the security of the state, even if pardoned or imprisoned for one year or more for an intentionally committed crime, crimes against the constitutional order and the functioning of this order, embezzlement, embezzlement, bribery, theft, fraud, forgery, breach of trust, fraudulent Not to be convicted of bankruptcy, bid rigging, rigging, laundering of property values ​​arising from crime or smuggling,

d) In terms of military status; not to be involved in military service, not to be of military age or, if he has reached the age of military service, to have performed active military service or to be postponed or transferred to the reserve class.

2.1.2. Not to be 01 (thirty-five) years old as of 2021 January 35 (born on or after 01 January 1986).

2.1.3. Without prejudice to the provisions of Article 657 of the Civil Servants Law No. 53, not to have a mental illness that may prevent him from performing his duty continuously.

2.1.4. From the Public Personnel Selection Examination (B) Group held by ÖSYM in 2020 for the positions with the title of office staff and engineer in the Central Organization and the positions with the title of engineer, architect and city-regional planning in the Provincial Organization; To have at least 3 (seventy) points from KPSSP(10) for undergraduate graduates, KPSSP(93) for education faculty graduates, and KPSSP(70) for associate degree graduates.

2.1.5. Candidates who will apply for positions with the title of support staff in the central organization, from the Public Personnel Selection Examination (B) Group held by ÖSYM in 2020; For secondary education graduates, to have a score from the KPSSP (94) point type.

2.1.6. Candidates can only apply for a position based on one province and educational status, and applications made for more than one province or qualification (study, position) will be deemed invalid.

2.1.7. Candidates whose contracts are terminated while working full-time in "4/B contract personnel positions" in public institutions and organizations must have completed the one-year waiting period as of the deadline (a) , (b) and (c), excluding candidates who terminate their contract unilaterally).

2.1.8. Candidates who will apply to any of the positions of Engineer (Construction, Machinery, Map, Computer, Metallurgy and Materials, Electrical-Electronics, Industry, Food, Geology) in addition to the special conditions specified for each position title below; Employees working in any 4/B contracted position in public institutions and organizations should not have the same title of contracted position they want to apply for and the title of 4/B contracted personnel they are currently working for.

2.1.9. Candidates must have graduated from the departments in Table 1, Table 2, Table 3 and Table 4 or from a domestic or foreign educational institution whose equivalence is accepted by Higher Education Theories.

APPLICATION METHOD, PLACE, TIME AND OTHER MATTERS

3.1. Applications will be made electronically only on e-Government – ​​Ministry of Industry and Technology – Career Gate Public Recruitment or Career Gate alimkariyerkapisi.cbiko.gov.tr/ until 26 on Sunday, 2021 December 23.59.

3.2. Candidates who have graduated from educational institutions in the country or abroad and have an equivalence regarding the educational status sought in this announcement should upload their equivalence documents to the system in pdf or jpeg format instead of diploma or graduation certificate.

3.3. Candidates who graduated from the cookery, institutional nutrition or culinary departments of secondary education institutions are required to upload their diplomas and a document showing that they have 2 years of experience to the system in pdf or jpeg format at the time of application. Secondary education institutions that will apply for the chef position must upload the document showing that the graduates of other fields have 2 years of experience and their certificates in the relevant field in pdf or jpeg format during the application.

3.4. Candidates who graduated from the Horticulture Field and Branches, Agricultural Technologies Field and Branches or Agricultural Field and Branches of secondary education institutions are required to upload their diplomas in pdf or jpeg format to the system at the time of application. Secondary education institutions that will apply for gardener positions are required to upload the document showing that they have 2 years of experience or the certificate they have in the relevant field in pdf or jpeg format during the application.

3.5. Candidates whose contracts are terminated by their institutions or who unilaterally terminate their contract while working full-time in 4/B contracted personnel positions in public institutions and organizations are required to upload the approved service document from their former institutions in pdf and jpeg format during the application, in order to certify that they have completed the one-year waiting period. .

3.6. Only applications made through the Career Gate-Public Recruitment Platform are valid, and applications that do not comply with the conditions specified in the announcement and applications to our Ministry by hand, e-mail or post will not be processed.

3.7. Candidates; If the required graduation information is not received via e-Government at the application stage, they will declare their information and upload their documents in pdf or jpeg format.

3.8. The applications of the candidates who do not meet the required qualifications and conditions and the applications of those who make false statements will not be accepted and legal action will be taken against them in accordance with the general provisions.

3.9. Any application that does not show "Your transaction has been successfully completed..." on the Career Gate-Public Recruitment Platform will not be considered. Therefore, candidates should check whether the application process has been completed.

EVALUATION OF APPLICATIONS AND PLACEMENT PROCESS

4.1. The placement process of the candidates who apply within the time limit and meet the necessary conditions, is based on the score ranking to be made on the basis of the central organization and each provincial directorate, starting from the candidate with the highest KPSS score, taking into account the contracted personnel position titles and qualifications announced in the central organization or provincial directorate they prefer. will be done.

4.2. In case of KPSS score equality, priority will be given to those who have a master's degree in their field, those whose graduation date is earlier, and if this is the same, those who are older will be given priority.

4.3. Candidates will view their placement results via the Career Gate-Public Recruitment Platform address, and no separate notifications will be made to the main or substitute candidates.

4.4. For the central organization and each provincial directorate, alternate candidates will be determined as 3 (three) times the number of contracted personnel positions specified in the announcement.

4.5. As a result of the archival research to be carried out about the candidates who are entitled to be placed as principal or substitute as a result of the placement, the placement process of those who are negative will be cancelled.

4.6. Appointment rights of substitute candidates are valid for one year from the announcement of the placement results. Candidates who did not start their duty within this period or who resigned after starting their duty will be called instead of candidates.
