26.03.2005 signed the için Izmir Commuter Management Protocol B in order to clarify the obligations of the parties.

The protocol in question:

  • MUNICIPALITY and TCDD to establish a joint-stock company that will enable the suburban operation to be jointly executed,

  • The company will be established by the parties, Aliağa-Alsancak and Alsancak-Cumaovası lines for the 49 year to perform sub-city operations, includes the main headings,

  • Equity of joint stock companies and participation of the Company in terms of TCDD are the main headings of the parties.
