D. Place to be delivered: It will be delivered to TCDD 2nd Region Road Mechanical Workshop Directorate.
For Foreign Bidders: It will be delivered to the TCDD 2nd Region Road Mechanical Workshop Directorate after the customs procedures are completed by the Customs Consultancy to be determined by the Contractor, based on the authorization certificate to be given by the Administration at the Relevant Customs Directorate, including loading, unloading, transportation and stowage.
