ILF Consulting won the tender for the modernization of the Irmak-Karabük-Zonguldak line by TCDD. The railway line connecting Ankara to the Black Sea coast is 415 km.
The Irmak – Karabük – Zonguldak railway line connects the Irmak Junction, which is close to Ankara, to Zonguldak, the important port of the Black Sea, in the north. In December 2008, ILF, together with a partner company, was awarded by the Turkish Ministry of Transport for design and tender services for the modernization of the 415 km long railway line.
