2-The subject of the tender
a) Quality, type and quantity:
15 Number of Tram Vehicles, Spare Parts, Training, 3 Annual Maintenance and Repair Works, Supply of Special Equipment, (3 Phase Rail System Line to ensure trouble-free operation),

b) Delivery location: within the boundaries of the city center of Antalya warehouse
c) Delivery date: The Contractor will submit a work schedule in accordance with Articles 15 and 16.3.1 of the Contract within 16.3.2 days from the date of the Contract to the approval of the Administration. This work schedule is based on the technical specification in accordance with Article 16.3.2; It will also include the general design, detail project, all production, assembly, test and delivery processes and the cash flow program in accordance with the contract. The total duration of the work (from the commencement report to the temporary acceptance of the entire work) is 24 months. Within this period, all work items subject to the contract will be completed and provisional acceptance of the whole work will be made.
DELIVERY SCHEDULE: The first two vehicles will be unloaded to the Antalya Warehouse Area in the 14th month from the date of commencement of work, with the design completed, assembled and factory tests completed, and the remaining vehicles will be delivered according to the following schedule with the same conditions; 14 vehicles in the 2th month 15 vehicles in the 2th month 16 vehicles in the 2th month 17 vehicles in the 3th month 18 vehicles in the 3th month 19 vehicles in the 3th month Delivery times of the other vehicles, excluding the delivery time of the first two vehicles, depending on the contractor's production plan. It can be rearranged upon receipt. In accordance with the above-mentioned Delivery Program, Design, Type tests, Manufacturing stages, FAT tests, transportation, commissioning tests, passenger / passenger trial operation certification, spare parts delivery, special tools, training, preparation and completion of documents, the work program, It will be held within 15 days at the latest from the starting date and will be approved by the Administration. Preparation and completion of the Design Documents must be completed before the Manufacturing of the vehicles. Training, Maintenance / Repair, Operation Manuals, Illustrated Parts Catalogs must be completed prior to Provisional Acceptance. Spare parts and special tools should be brought to the warehouse area until before provisional acceptance. Spare Parts and special equipment will be delivered and delivered to the Antalya Warehouse area "step by step" in parallel with the vehicle delivery schedule, and all of the Spare Parts and Special Equipment will be delivered until before the Temporary Acceptance. If the delivery of Spare Parts and special equipment is not made before Provisional Acceptance, a delay penalty will be applied for the undelivered part in accordance with Article 34.2 of the Contract.
