A social balance agreement was signed for Sakarya Metropolitan Municipality and SASKİ officers.
Hoping that the signed contract will be beneficial, President Ekrem Yüce said, “We support with all our might the work to be done so that our colleagues we work with can live in prosperity and benefit from all kinds of rights to the fullest. "With the Social Balance Agreement signed between our Municipality and BEM-BİR-SEN, a total of 809 employees working within our organization will continue to receive social balance compensation," he said.
Noting that they increased the social balance compensation of civil servants from 95 percent by 5 points to 100 percent with the renewed contract, Mayor Yüce wished the protocol signed between BEM-BİR-SEN and our Municipality, subject to the Civil Servants Law, to be beneficial.
