Bayraktar stated that they think that 9 of the 6 employees are in the soil area coming to the stream bed, and the other 3 are in the manganese quarry, and that intensive work continues, especially for the 3 employees in the manganese quarry, and said: "There is nearly 1 million cubic meters of soil. It is in a formation that is 35 meters high and almost as high as a 12-storey building. We have accelerated our activities to reach our 3 brothers. Emphasizing that the landslide risk continued in the last 3 days, Bayraktar said, “AFAD was in a situation that would put the work area of our employees at risk. We saw that the field was stable, especially as of last night. That's why we intensified our work from night to night. We are talking about a very large land. It affected an area of 210 acres. "As a result of our work with radar measurements and detectors, we have identified the places where our potential worker brothers will be and concentrated there." he said.
WE WILL TRANSFER IT TO THE MARBLE QUARRY
Bayraktar underlined that the removal of landslide-affected soil coming to the stream bed is one of the priority issues and said, “We do not have the chance to place this soil anywhere randomly. We want to transfer this contaminated soil, as the safest place in this field, to a marble quarry that has been worked in the past, next to the manganese mine, where we think 5 million cubic meters of soil is flowing and we need to remove it in the first place. NO NEGATIVES ABOUT WATER
Bayraktar stated that they took measurements from 9 different locations every day in order to measure the effect of the landslide on water and said, “We did not encounter any negativity in the measurements we made in the previous days and as of yesterday. "Thankfully, as of today, there is no negative impact on public health in the water in any of these 9 locations." he said.
ADMINISTRATIVE AND JUDICIAL INVESTIGATION CONTINUES
Bayraktar; Noting that the Ministry of Environment, Urbanization and Climate Change, the Ministry of Labor and Social Security and the General Directorate of Mining and Petroleum Affairs are conducting a very serious investigation, he said, “They are carefully investigating the root causes of the incident. In this investigation, the statements of necessary friends are also taken. The judicial investigation also continues. As of last night, the court issued arrest warrants for 6 people. TRANSFER OF CLEAN WATER
