Seventy percent of the KPSSP2019 score of the Public Personnel Selection Exam (KPSS) held by ÖSYM in 2020 and 3 (the KPSS score of the candidate who does not have a KPSS score or submit a document is evaluated as 70) and thirty percent of the foreign language score (the foreign language score of those who do not submit a document is zero. 10 (ten) times of the contracted IT staff position will be taken to the entrance exam, starting with the candidate with the highest score according to the ranking to be made from among the candidates who meet the general and special requirements, and who meet the requirements of the exam and apply duly.
GENERAL CONDITIONS (QUALIFICATIONS)

d) Having at least 2 years of professional experience in software, software design and development, management of this process or in the installation and management of large-scale network systems for at least 3 years for those who cannot exceed 5 times the fee ceiling, and at least 657 years for others (In determining professional experience; 4, the permanent service subject to the Law numbered 399 or the contractual status services subject to the subparagraph (B) of Article XNUMX of the same Law or the contracted status of the decree numbered XNUMX and the service periods documented as an informatics personnel in the private sector by paying premiums to the social security institutions are taken into consideration)
d) To document that they know at least two of the current programming languages, provided that they have information about the hardware of the computer peripherals and the security of the established network management, (Certified undergraduate or graduate transcript document indicating the programming languages learned as a document or an approved letter indicating the programming languages received from the department of graduation. Documents such as certified letters from the place of study showing the programming languages used or course attendance certificates from educational institutions are accepted)
e) Not having any health problems that might prevent him from performing his duty,
f) At the end of the examination and investigation, there is no obstacle for them to be IT Personnel,
