According to the written statement made by Eskişehir Metropolitan Municipality on the subject, bids were received from two companies in the Tramway Tender, where 9 companies received documents to participate. When the offers of the Polish company Pojazdy Szynowe Ğesa Bydgoszcz SA and the Spanish company Construcciones Y Auxılıara De Ferrocarriles SA were examined, it was seen that the Spanish company submitted a letter stating that it could not participate in the tender. The tender was canceled with the unanimous decision of the Tender Commission, as the bid of 26 million 600 thousand Euros submitted by the Polish company was much higher than the approximate price determined. Justification: On Friday, 25.03.2016 at 11.00:4734, the bid envelopes of the Tramway Procurement tender, which was tendered according to Article 19 of the Public Procurement Law No. 11.00, were delivered to the commission by the administration official at XNUMX:XNUMX. A report was signed indicating that the tender offer envelopes were received by the Tender Commission.

After the bid price was announced, the session was closed in order to evaluate the bid envelope.

In the evaluation of the tenders made by our Tender Commission;

1-Pojazdy Szynowe Ğesa Bydgoszcz SA found that the documents were in full and proper and offered 26.600.000.00 Euro.

As a result of the evaluation made by our Tender Commission, it was unanimously decided that Pojazdy Szynowe Ğesa Bydgoszcz S.A.'s bid for 26.600.000.00 Euros was higher than the approximate cost of the tender, and that the tender be submitted for the approval of the tender authority in accordance with Article 4234 of the Public Procurement Law No. 40.
