Cerebral Palsy: Two New Books for Children from Turkey: One Step for Empathy and Awareness

Turkey Spastic Children Foundation - Cerebral Palsy Turkey added two new books to its Children's Book Series, which aims to develop the sense of empathy in children and raise awareness. The books “Birthday on the Farm” and “My Colors and Letters” entertain young readers while also informing them about Cerebral Palsy.

New Method in Cerebral Palsy Treatment

In “Birthday on the Farm”, we read about an enjoyable birthday adventure that Müjde, who has Cerebral Palsy, spent with her friends on the farm. In “My Colors and Letters”, we witness the journey of Deniz, who has Hemiplegic Cerebral Palsy, who had anxiety before starting kindergarten, to discover colors and letters in a fun way with the support of her teachers in kindergarten.

The income from the books will be used for special education and physiotherapy services for children affected by the earthquake.

What is Cerebral Palsy?
