Osmangazi Municipality Police Department teams carried out an operation to catch small cattle that were fed without permission in the city center.
The teams took action to collect the sheep that were released onto the land by their owners and that the citizens complained about damaging the environment, loaded the wandering sheep into a truck and took them away from the city center, and fined the owner of the animals.
Police officials warned that, according to the Animal Health Law No. 3285, it is forbidden to raise, slaughter and sell all kinds of small and cattle on the streets.
