The last installment of the 2023 payments of Real Estate, Environmental Cleaning and Advertisement Taxes to be paid to municipalities ends on November 30.
The second installment of Real Estate, Environmental Cleaning and Advertising Taxes, which are paid in two equal installments in May and November, must be paid by the end of working hours on Thursday, November 30th. Payments can be made by cash or credit card to the cash desks located in the service building, using your TR ID number or taxpayer registry number.
Taxpayers can also make payments via the online system at PTT branches all over Turkey by adding the taxpayer registry number and TR ID number, or they can pay their taxes online with a credit card or debit card through the municipality's e-municipality application.
In transactions made by credit card, taxpayers can benefit from the opportunity to pay in 6 installments to Ziraat Combo credit cards from contracted banks, and by making a single payment to other credit cards, without any interest difference.
