After the 7,7 magnitude earthquake that happened yesterday, AK Party Adıyaman Deputy Yakup Taş, who was under the rubble with his family, lost his life.
It was announced that Yakup Taş was under the rubble after the earthquake yesterday. Taş's social media account made the following statement yesterday: “Our Deputy Yakup Taş family, like many of our fellow countrymen, is under the rubble due to the earthquake. Would you please include our deputy and his family in your prayers…"
Bitter news came from AK Party Adıyaman Deputy Yakup Taş, whose building was destroyed in the 7,7-magnitude earthquake in Kahramanmaraş and was left under the rubble with his family. It was announced that Taş passed away.

Who is Yakup Taş?
Yakup Taş, (June 16, 1959) is a Turkish politician, businessman and AK Party Adiyaman deputy for the 27th term of the Grand National Assembly of Turkey. He is also a member of the Agriculture, Forestry and Rural Affairs Commission.
It has operated in the agricultural and commercial fields in Adıyaman. He served as the president of Adıyaman Sports Club and the director of Adıyaman Chamber of Agriculture. He is married and has six children.
