
Eskişehir Metropolitan Municipality provided important information regarding the arrangements made by the institutions regarding transportation and exam areas prior to the Higher Education Institutions Exam (YKS) to be held on June 21 and 22. Announcing the decisions taken for the thousands of candidates who will take the exam in the city to reach the exam venue without any problems, the Metropolitan Municipality shared the information that buses and trams will also be free for candidates who show their exam entrance documents.
Candidates who show their exam documents will be able to use public transportation free of charge on exam days. The Metropolitan Municipality asked candidates to prefer trams and buses instead of using their private vehicles in order to prevent traffic congestion. The frequency of public transportation vehicles has been arranged in accordance with the exam days. While the frequency of weekday services is applied on all tram lines, other bus lines except the S6 line will operate according to weekday working hours until 13.30:XNUMX.
For candidates who will take the exam at Eskişehir Osmangazi University, the back door on the Karacaşehir side can also be used to reduce the density at the main entrance gates. In addition, free shuttle services will be organized within the campus to provide convenience for candidates on the ESOGÜ campus. In this way, students who will take the exam and reach the university by public transportation will be able to easily reach the exam locations on campus.
The Metropolitan Municipality announced that Kalabak Water Sakas will distribute water silently on June 21 and 22, and asked citizens to be sensitive about the issue and ensure silence during the exam hours.
