The visits aim to identify the care and support needs of elderly individuals living alone, identify accessibility problems in the living spaces of disabled individuals, integrate information into digital systems to clarify intervention priorities, inform retired citizens about the economic and social supports (Retiree Shopping Support, Retiree Rent Support) and cultural activities offered by the Metropolitan Municipality, and identify individuals in need of social support.
