Preparations for the “Hayal Bu Ya!” festival of the Institute Istanbul İSMEK have come to an end. The festival, which includes many events from exhibitions to concerts, workshops to talks and dance shows, will start on Thursday, June 19, 2025 at the Yenikapı Event Area. Istanbulites will be able to attend the festival free of charge with tickets they create through the Istanbul Senin application.
The Institute has completed preparations for the year-end exhibition, which includes over 2024 works reflecting the talent and effort of participants who received training from Istanbul İSMEK in the 2025-2 academic year. The works that the participants have produced with effort, passion and love throughout the academic year will be presented to the appreciation of Istanbulites. The “Hayal Bu Ya!” festival, which will start on Thursday, June 19, 2025, will continue until June 22.
A FESTIVAL FULL OF EXHIBITIONS AND TALKS
In addition to the exhibition, which includes works from many fields, from tiles to ceramics, from painting to traditional arts, from hand embroidery to fashion design, a program full of experience areas, inspiring talks and stage shows awaits visitors at the festival.
On the first day of this special organization where dreams come true, the trio music performance of the valuable instructors of the Institute of Istanbul İSMEK, Özden R. Çairli, Jiyan Aktaş and Ecem Yılmaz, will meet the visitors. There will be a delightful show by the rhythm and folk dance groups of the Institute of Istanbul İSMEK. Within the scope of the festival events, a theater reading called “Inspiration Fairies” will also be held on the first day with the participation of Drama and Applied Theater Instructor Ayşe Gonca Büker. The festival will also feature enjoyable concerts for music lovers. The Institute of Istanbul İSMEK Turkish Folk Music and Turkish Classical Music groups invite their guests to a joyful journey with the language of melodies on the first day of the festival.
INFORMATIVE SEMINARS MEET VISITORS
The Institute Istanbul ISMEK “Hayal Bu Ya!” Festival will host its visitors with a full program of talks, rhythm and dance shows, and reading theaters in the following days. Seminars aiming to inform Istanbulites on many interesting topics such as Artificial Intelligence and Music, and the Future of Humanity in the Age of Artificial Intelligence are also included in the festival program. Within the scope of the seminars, an important seminar will be presented to visitors by the IMM Regional Employment Office, which supports the employment of Istanbulites with its work. In the seminar to be given under the title of “Interview Techniques and Creating a CV”, enlightening information will be shared for those in the job search process.
The festival will also host a special meeting on the closing day. Participants who received training from Institute Istanbul İSMEK in the 2024-2025 academic year will come together at a graduation ceremony.
