Izmir Metropolitan Municipality Mayor Dr. Cemil Tugay published a condolence message after Seydihan Alsaç, who worked as a security guard at İZBAN, lost his life as a result of a blow he received during his duty.
Tugay said the following about the death of 44-year-old Seydihan Alsaç, who worked as a security guard at İZBAN: “His death as a result of the fatal blow he received while intervening with a passenger who was smoking on the train and obstructing the journey deeply saddened us all.” Tugay, who said the following: “It is never acceptable for a security worker on duty to lose his life to ensure public order,” offered his condolences and wished patience to Alsaç’s family, relatives and all his colleagues.
