Who can apply? What are the application requirements?
General conditions:
- Fulfilling the conditions in Article 657 of the Civil Servants Law No. 48
- Graduating from relevant engineering or science departments (computer, software, electronics, industrial engineering, etc.)
- Meeting professional experience requirements (3 or 5 years, varies by position)
- Proof of knowledge of at least 2 current programming languages
- Being suitable for teamwork, open to learning and able to work in stressful environments
Position and Special Conditions
1. Expert Software Developer (11 Person)
- 5 years of experience in Java programming language
- Spring Framework, J2EE technologies
- Framework knowledge such as React, Angular or Vue
- Web services (SOAP, REST), database management, microservices architecture
- Preferably: Docker, RabbitMQ, Redis, Kafka, OCP certificate
2. Web Frontend Development Specialist (1 Person)
- At least 2 years of frontend development experience
- HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript knowledge
- Having developed a project with React or Angular
- Ability to work with Figma, Photoshop, Sketch
- Web page performance optimization information
3. Expert System Administrator (1 Person)
- 5 years of experience in large scale systems
- Microsoft infrastructures, Active Directory, ADFS, Exchange, Endpoint management
- Security solutions, EDR management, malware analysis knowledge
- Knowledge of SQL Server, SharePoint, Failover Cluster, High Availability structures
SSI Contracted Personnel Salaries 2025
The salaries of contracted IT personnel are determined according to the Decree Law No. 375, and can be paid up to 2 to 3 times the gross salary ceiling depending on the position. This means a gross salary range of approximately 60.000 TL - 120.000 TL depending on the technical specialty.
