ESBAŞ Started an Idea Marathon with the Vision of Putting the Customer at Heart

ESBAŞ, which transformed the Customer Focus Value it adopted at its establishment into the slogan “Putting the Customer at Heart” in 2019, organized the Idea Marathon event in the Service Room together with user companies in order to continuously develop and diversify the values ​​offered to its players by targeting the trend.

With the efforts of approximately 25 thousand people, ESBAŞ, which enriches the product and service portfolio offered by 192 companies and uses many methods with widespread and distant targets, brought together the user companies that provide services with the Service Focused Idea Marathon event organized for the first time.

Speaking at the presentation of the Idea Marathon event, attended by representatives from 35 companies in the region, ESBAŞ General Manager Yusuf Kılınç stated that they aim to create value together by including companies that use these services for products and services.

Kılınç, who is constantly working to make the Aegean Free Zone the center of excellence in its field in Türkiye and to achieve a sustainable future, said, “At the core of this vision is an approach that is based on the happiness of our customers to whom we offer regional products and services. Seeking Creativity Outside of Daily Routines

Kılınç said that with the Idea Marathon event, they wanted to benefit from the efficiency of daily routines, a certain methodological framework, development and flexibility techniques, and search for different things together. Yusuf Kılınç, who emphasized that ESBAŞ always prioritizes sustainable developments, high standard service, professional and customer-oriented, by saying 'Every day is a new step for perfection', said the following: “We adopt perfection as a way of life. With this approach, we have put EFQM perfection in our management understanding. We are constantly developing our lean management system. It comes before us as an opportunity for development, we evaluate this feedback carefully.”

Kılınç stated that they added another page to their development journey with the Idea Marathon event they organized for the first time as ESBAŞ, and said, “Our aim is to continuously develop all services that will make it easier for our users to focus on their main management and to offer them in a standard and high-quality manner.”
