HOMETEX, one of the largest and most prestigious international gatherings of the home textile sector, is preparing to lead the sector with a strong organization that will resonate on a global scale in 2025. The fair, which will be organized by the Turkish Home Textile Industrialists and Businessmen Association (TETSİAD) with the organization of KFA Fair Organization, will be held at the Istanbul Expo Center on May 20–23, 2025.
This year, HOMETEX, which will be organized in 11 halls, on a total area of 200 thousand square meters, will host nearly 700 participating companies. In addition to the most powerful manufacturers in Türkiye, many foreign brands from different continents will also exhibit their new season collections and innovative products on the HOMETEX stage. While many fairs around the world are losing power, companies took their places in all the halls at the HOMETEX Fair. This success once again demonstrated the trust the sector has in HOMETEX and the global impact of the fair.
New Collaborations Will Be Signed
The fair, which hosted more than 175 professional visitors last year, is aiming for even higher participation this year. Chain stores, retail giants, hotel and project groups, architects and interior designers, designers and international buyers from home and abroad will come together at HOMETEX and sign partnerships that will shape the sector. The purchasing delegations to be held within the scope of the fair will also offer new export and cooperation opportunities to companies. Potential buyers from many countries, especially France, Italy, the Netherlands, Pakistan, Spain, the USA and the Turkic Republics, will come to the fair this year.
HOMETEX Dialogs
There will be many noteworthy events this year as part of HOMETEX 2025. HOMETEX Dialogs, which has attracted great attention in previous years, will continue to host speakers who lead the sector. Under the roof of HOMETEX Dialogs; sector professionals, designers and academics will come together to exchange views on many topics from sustainability to production technologies, from trend analysis to the future of design.
HOMETEX Trends; Beyond Borders
The trend area where 2026-27 trends in home textiles will be exhibited will be the center of inspiration with the theme of “Beyond Boundaries”. Designers will exhibit their innovative, aesthetic and functional designs in the Design Hubs to be created in the fair area. These special areas will offer visitors the opportunity to discover innovative solutions regarding the vision of future home textiles and to interact with designers one-on-one. Thematic exhibition areas will also be created at the fair. These exhibitions will host the most up-to-date examples of artistic and innovative approaches in home textiles. The “Anatolian Motifs: Interactive Digital Art Experience” exhibition, which revives forms belonging to ancient civilizations that lived in Anatolia with generative and artificial intelligence systems, will also meet with visitors at the fair.
Strong Organization Experience of KFA Fair Organization
Carrying Türkiye's production power to the world, HOMETEX will bring together all stakeholders of the sector in Istanbul and pave the way for new collaborations. This major organization, where Istanbul will show Türkiye's production power to the whole world with its strategic location, is preparing to give new momentum to the sector with the organization of BTSO's subsidiary KFA Fuarcılık, which stands out with its experience in the field of fairs, visionary approach and success in international scale projects.
