General Directorate of Foundations to Hire 78 Contracted Personnel

The General Directorate of Foundations (VGM) announced that it will hire 78 contract personnel to meet its personnel needs. Application Dates and Places

Applications for personnel recruitment to the General Directorate of Foundations, May 7 2025 started as of the date, May 20 2025 will continue until 23:59. Candidates can only apply e-Government over Career Gate Public Recruitment and Career Gate internet address (https://isealimkariyerkapisi.cbiko.gov.tr) Applications made in person or by mail will not be accepted.

General Application Conditions

The general conditions sought by the General Directorate of Foundations in candidates for contracted personnel recruitment are stated below:

  • Being a citizen of the Republic of Turkey.
  • To meet the general conditions specified in paragraph (A) of Article 657 of the Civil Servants Law No. 48. These conditions include not being deprived of public rights and not being convicted of certain crimes.
  • Having taken the 2024 KPSS (B) group exam conducted by ÖSYM and having received the minimum score from the score types specified in the special conditions. The KPSS score type and minimum score required for each position will be specified in the special conditions section of the announcement.
  • Must be 18 years of age or older and not 35 years of age as of the application deadline. (Those born on or after 20/05/1990 can apply.)
  • Not having any physical or mental health issues that would prevent him/her from performing his/her duties. Candidates who are eligible for appointment will be asked to submit a medical report from a fully equipped state hospital.
  • Not receiving pension or old age pension from any Social Security Institution.
  • Not having been expelled from duty or profession while working in any public institution.
  • As of the application deadline, candidates must be graduates of the education and department specified for the positions applied for. Graduates of domestic higher education institutions that have been determined by the Council of Higher Education to have equivalent rights, and graduates of relevant departments of foreign higher education institutions that have been granted an equivalence certificate, may also apply, provided that they meet the other requirements and submit the required documents at the time of application.
  • Except for the exceptions specified in subparagraphs (a), (b) and (c) of the fourth paragraph of the Additional Article 1 of the Principles Regarding the Employment of Contract Personnel, the status of the candidates who will apply as of the application deadline must be in compliance with the relevant provision of Article 657/B of the Civil Servants Law No. 4. This provision is related to the fact that those who have previously worked as contract personnel cannot re-apply for contract personnel positions before a certain period of time has passed. Accordingly, candidates whose contracts have been terminated by the institution or who have terminated them unilaterally during the contract period cannot apply for contract personnel positions of the VGM until one year has passed from the date of termination, and those who have not renewed their contracts cannot apply for contract personnel positions of the VGM until one year has passed from the end of the contract.
