The Steel Bridge Team, which continues its work within the Sakarya University (SAU) Civil Engineering Community, achieved a historical success by receiving both the first place and aesthetic award in the 17th Boğaziçi University International Steel Bridge Competition.
They stood out in technical and design in the tough competition
The team, whose advisors were Assoc. Prof. Dr. Elif Ağcakoca and Assoc. Prof. Dr. Zeynep Yaman, consisted of Boran Gültekin, Berat Emre Altun, Mahmut Düzcan and Denizhan Çetinok, under the leadership of team captain Deniz Çolak. The team, which stood out with its original designs and technical competence during the challenging evaluation process, won the great appreciation of the jury members.

SAU President Prof. Dr. Hamza Al congratulated the team and academic advisors for the success achieved.
