Application Conditions and Process
Applications of candidates May 26 2025 must be completed by the deadline. General and special conditions have been determined for applications.
General conditions:
- To meet the general conditions in Article 657 of the Civil Servants Law No. 48.
- To be a graduate of a four-year computer engineering, software engineering, electrical engineering, electronic engineering, electrical and electronics engineering and industrial engineering department of a faculty or a higher education institution abroad whose equivalence is accepted by the Council of Higher Education.
- Those who have not graduated from certain departments but have graduated from four-year engineering departments, departments of science and literature, education and educational sciences faculties that provide education on computers and technology, and statistics, mathematics and physics departments can also apply (These candidates can apply for positions that will be paid twice the monthly gross contract salary ceiling).
- For positions that do not exceed twice the salary ceiling, at least 3 years of professional experience in software, software design and development, or the installation and management of large-scale network systems must be present, and for other positions, at least 5 years of professional experience (Experience is documented by taking into account the periods spent as IT personnel in the public or private sector with premium payments).
- To have knowledge of computer peripheral hardware and network management security and to document knowledge of at least two current programming languages.
- To accept the personal rights and other rules specified in the relevant regulation.
- For male candidates, having completed military service, postponed or exempted.
- To have the ability to grasp a subject, summarize it, express it, and reason.
- Attitudes and behaviors appropriate to the task.
Evaluation and Interview:
Candidates will be ranked based on the sum of 2023% of the KPSSP2024 score received from the KPSS held in 3 or 70 and 05% of the English YDS or equivalent YDS score accepted by YÖK on or after 05/2020/30. Starting from the candidates with the highest scores, 10 times the number of personnel to be recruited (220 people) will be selected by the General Directorate of Health Information Systems. June 17, 2025 – June 27, 2025 will be invited to an oral and practical interview to be held between .
The scores of candidates who do not have a KPSSP3 score or an English language score will be evaluated as 70 and 0, respectively. 22 contracted IT personnel will be employed according to the success ranking of the interview.
