Kocaeli Metropolitan Municipality is making a meaningful arrangement on the Alikahya Stadium connection road of the Köseköy corridor, which it has implemented in order to facilitate access to Kocaeli Stadium. The Metropolitan Municipality is adding visual richness to the city and the stadium by decorating two important intersections on this route with Kocaelispor symbols. While the works on the first intersection, which will include the Kocaelispor emblem and special lighting, are completed, the works on the other intersection, which will have ball figures on it, are continuing rapidly.
Green Black Theme at Two Intersections
Kocaeli Metropolitan Municipality is implementing a remarkable project on the new connection road providing access to Kocaeli Stadium from the western part of the Köseköy exit-sunken part of the D-100 Highway. With the original works of the Parks and Gardens Department, two separate junctions on the Alikahya Stadium connection road are being decorated with objects reflecting the spirit of Kocaelispor. These works both add aesthetic value to the city and reveal the commitment to sports.
Kocaelispor Emblem Illuminates the Intersection
The Metropolitan Municipality Parks and Gardens Department Energy and Lighting Branch Directorate teams successfully completed the lighting works at the important intersection where Bağımsızlık Avenue and Vatan Avenue intersect. The iconic emblem of Kocaelispor, proudly placed at the center of the intersection, gained a sparkling appearance with 5 specially designed modern lighting poles. This work added a different beauty to the intersection at night and was also appreciated by Kocaelispor fans.
Work Continues at Top Figure Intersection
On the other hand, the work continues intensively at the other intersection where the Alikahya Stadium connection road and Sakıp Sabancı Street intersect. Park Bahçeler Construction Department teams have completed the foundation work for the specially designed metal ball object to be placed at this intersection. This metal ball figure, which will symbolize Kocaelispor with its green and black colors, will be mounted on poles and will give the intersection a dynamic appearance. When this work is completed, an aesthetic appearance integrated with the colors and symbols of Kocaelispor will emerge along the transportation route to Kocaeli Stadium.
