International Sports Festival Brings Bursa to Life with Sports
The Bursa International Sports Festival, which was brought to life under the leadership of the Bursa Governorship and Bursa Metropolitan Municipality, with the cooperation of the Provincial Directorate of Youth and Sports, the Provincial Directorate of National Education, Bursa City Council and Bursa Metropolitan Municipality Sports Club, continues at full speed with colorful and exciting sports events in 17 districts of the city. One of the important events of the festival, which will end with magnificent shows to be held on May 19, was the 'Street Basketball Tournament' held in Görükle.
Youngsters Sweated on the Field, Friendship Gained
The 'Street Basketball Tournament' held in special basketball courts established in Görükle was met with great interest from young people. In the tournament held separately in women's and men's categories, young people demonstrated their talents and competed fiercely. While exciting moments were experienced throughout the tournament, in addition to competition, friendship and brotherhood bonds were also strengthened. The young people, who competed in a gentlemanly manner throughout the matches, congratulated each other at the end of the tournament, once again demonstrating the unifying power of sports. The tournament allowed young people to both develop their sports skills and provide them with an entertaining and memorable experience.
