Sakarya Metropolitan Municipality is implementing another project that will add beauty to the city's guesthouse, Sapanca.
In order to contribute to Sapanca transportation, a landscaping and environmental planning project was initiated by the Metropolitan Municipality at the roundabout added to the highway exit by the General Directorate of Highways.
Will offer visual richness
Designed to add value to the aesthetics of Sapanca's district, the landscape project will attract attention with its landscape elements in harmony with nature and its symbolic structure.
The green areas of the intersection will be shaped in an artistic order with specially formed plants. This unique landscape, which adapts to the natural texture, will also offer visual richness.
The world figure
The dry dock system located at the center of the intersection will be integrated with a modern design approach that reflects the relaxing effect of water.
It will add value to the district
In addition to being an aesthetic focal point reflecting Sapanca's modern identity, the new intersection will welcome local and foreign tourists and guests coming to the city's largest tourism district with a visual experience.
This design, where green meets blue, bringing together nature, art and functionality, will be a new symbol in the district.
Landscape work suitable for the texture of our district
In a statement made by the Department of Parks and Gardens regarding the work, it was stated that “We are bringing a new landscaping project to our Sapanca district, the pearl of our city, known throughout Turkey for its historical and natural texture. We have started our landscaping and landscaping works at the roundabout completed by the General Directorate of Highways at the Sapanca toll booths of the Anatolian Motorway. In our project, we will bring a visual feast to Sapanca with a dry pool with a world figure, specially formed plants and landscaping works suitable for the texture of our district.”
