
The Turkish Fashion Fabrics Show, which was organized by KFA Fair Organization under the leadership of Bursa Chamber of Commerce and Industry (BTSO) in order to introduce Bursa's potential in design, quality and product diversity in the textile sector to the world, opened its doors. In this important meeting of the sector, more than 50 buyers from nearly 200 countries came together at the cooperation table with Bursa companies.
BTSO, the umbrella organization of Bursa business world, continues the export-oriented growth of the sectors with new fair organizations. Bringing together sector leaders at Merinos Atatürk Congress and Culture Center, the fair will host sector professionals until Wednesday, April 30. On the first day of the fair, which brings together local manufacturers operating in the field of fabric, yarn and textile accessories, BTSO Assembly President Ali Uğur, BTSO Board of Directors Vice President İsmail Kuş, BTSO board of directors and board members visited the companies that opened stands at the fair.
More than 200 Foreigners Hold Bilateral Business Meetings
BTSO Vice President İsmail Kuş stated that they held the 13th fair. Stating that BTSO is carrying out important work to increase the exports of the textile sector, which is going through a difficult period, İsmail Kuş said, “We continue with different organizations aimed at increasing the foreign trade volume of our members. Today, we opened the doors of a new fair in the textile field. We brought together our manufacturers and foreign buyers in the textile field at our fair. More than 50 foreign buyers from nearly 200 countries are visiting the fair. I believe that the meetings at the fair in the coming period will open new export doors for our companies and give them a breath of fresh air. May it be beneficial for our sector.”
“Bursa has significant power in textiles”
BTSO Assembly President Ali Uğur stated that the textile sector is one of the strongest areas of Bursa and said, “It is of great importance for our BTSO member companies to strengthen their export markets and increase their foreign trade. Our fair, which you know as Bursa Textile Show, now continues its path with the Turkish Fashion Fabrics Show, or TFF Show brand. I believe that our fair, which hosts important buyers, will add strength to our sector’s exports.”
Trend Area and Seminars Offer Important Experience
An important element that enriched the fair this year was the trend areas and seminar programs.
In the trend areas shaped around the theme of “Path to Change”, companies introduced the fabric collections that will shape the 2026 Spring-Summer season. In the seminars where innovative topics such as circular fashion, smart textiles and digital art in textiles are discussed, there are important speakers. Offering both visitors and participants a business-oriented experience where design and trends are at the forefront, the fair will host business professionals until Wednesday, April 30, 2025.
