The unlimited public transportation application “Bas Geç” for students, which was launched by Eskişehir Metropolitan Municipality Mayor Ayşe Ünlüce last year on May 19th, Commemoration of Atatürk, Youth and Sports Day, achieved great success in its first year. 70 thousand students benefited from the application in one year, and gained unlimited travel opportunity in city transportation with an economical fee of only 250 TL per month. This system makes a significant contribution to the budget of young people as the most affordable student subscription card in Türkiye.
Eskişehir, one of the first cities that comes to mind when it comes to student cities in Türkiye, reinforces its pioneering role in making young people’s lives easier with this application. The “Press and Go” application is highly appreciated by students for its economic advantages as well as allowing them to participate more actively in social life. When compared to other major cities in Turkey, Eskişehir’s 250 TL student subscription fee is well below Konya’s 290 TL and Ankara’s 350 TL fees.

This application, which supports the budgets of young people and allows them to take more place in social life, also makes us proud as the most affordable student subscription in Türkiye.”
